Dear SLEEP + STRESS RESET member,

As a VIP participant of the 90-day SLEEP + STRESS RESET, you are invited to be part of our clinical study

  • Your participation in the study would mean that your depersonalised results from the 90-day programme would be used to add to the small but growing pool of needed data for research into Women's Health, particularly during the peri- to postmenopausal stage.
  • The study data will be captured remotely & will be conducted decentrally i.e. no hospital or private practice visits are needed.
